This is to notify to all bidders who have submitted Technical and Price Bids for the contract mentioned below that, upon evaluation, the Technical Bids submitted by the following firms have met the Qualification Criteria and are deemed substantially responsive. In accordance with Rule 31 (Ja 5) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2064, the Price Bids of the qualified bidders will be opened at 11:00 AM on 2082/03/18 (02 July 2025) at the office of the High-Powered Committee for Integrated Development of the Bagmati Civilization (HPCIDBC), Guheshwori, Kathmandu, Nepal.
